Potential New SeriesHey all,
I'm thinking of doing a series of photos called "The Pinup" which would be a nude series based on old pinup girls from the 20's, 30's and 40's. I need to put some more thought into this but hey, if anyone has any suggestions as to how I can run with this let me know. It would be a massive undertaking requiring several different shoots and different settings. Possibly a little photoshop help....but I see a potential here for something very cool to happen. Let me know what you think!

I am presuming you are inspired in part by the Bettie Page look since she represents the classic "pin up" style as much as anyone. If so, you might try to emulate her various kneeling poses and standing poses facing coyly away from the camera. Another thing you might try since it is easy to do--apply a light coat of bath or baby oil on your skin to help emulate the smooth and shimmering skin tones that were a Bettie Page trademark. You have a perfect look for this series, so have fun with it and be creative!
